Credit card authorization form must be completed and signed by the authorizing payer. Customer can add the card to the portal under the SETTINGS tab:
All credit card payments may include an additional 4% payment processing fee. Late payments will result in a $39.00 late fee per invoice per month. Failed payments due to the customer's negligence may also result in additional fees. If your account's service is suspended for delinquent payments, you will be responsible for payment in full and a $150 reconnection fee.
