Release Note (v2.1.3)

To better support our users, we moved our in-app Help content to a new online help center, where users can browse support content and contact the customer team.   The features include:

  1. Search to find the help content in multiple forms that can meet customers' needs. 
  2. Browse help content by category:
    • Knowledge Base articles provide a complete guide to the ArbiMed App. 
    • Video Guides provide quick training/tutorials to help users get up and run with the app. 
    • Release Notes keep users updated on our latest changes, enhancements, and bug fixes in the app. 
  3. Users can request assistance by submitting a ticket in the app. We added the option for users to attach screenshots to the ticket. In the help center, users can also have the 2nd place to request assistance. 

Our team will continue to create more helpful content in the help center. Please let us know if you have specific subjects that you want to learn through the help center. 

 

Other updates:

To simplify the global menu, we merged the Help Center button and Assistance Request button into one dropdown menu.
